A Wish To Fly

Oh how I can wish
That I can fly.
I could spread my wings and jump off
Towards the sky.

I can see the blue
And the white clouds.
I'll see the shining yellow sun
All around.

May someone grant me this one wish.
Even if it's just for one day.
I just wanna fly away.

When my wings are spread,
My feathers fall.
These feathers will fall into your nightly dreams.
Can you hear my call
When I sing so bright,
You should know that an angel has fallen tonight.

Are you planning to catch me someday?
Since this angel's gonna hit the ground,
Someone save me somehow.

But then suddenly,
My wings are gone.
I am now falling and I can't go up.
What am I gonna do?
I'm gonna crash.
I wish someone is there for me
To set me free.
